My client is looking for a Planned Maintenance Coordinator / Planner to take ownership of scheduling, tracking, and coordinating planned works across a portfolio of residential and/or commercial projects. This is a key role that ensures maintenance tasks are delivered efficiently, on time, and with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance works. * Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to plan and confirm works * Maintain accurate records, trackers, and project documentation * Assist with compliance checks, asset registers, and pre-planned maintenance schedules * Carry out occasional site visits to monitor works and ensure progress * Support the wider team with procurement, cost tracking, and client reporting * Help identify upcoming maintenance requirements through data and site feedback Looking For: * Experience in construction, facilities, maintenance coordination or planning * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Clear communicator, both in writing and in person * Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required What’s on Offer: * Stable, long-term role with a reputable and growing maintenance/construction company * Friendly, team-oriented environment with room to develop * Ongoing support and training in systems and compliance For more information, please call Rhys Jones in the Cheltenham, ITS office
