Bar Attendant / Food Runner
Location: Prescot
Hours: NMW : 40Hrs
Responsibilities
* Greeting and serving customers in a professional manner.
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Taking and processing customer payments.
* Collecting food from the kitchen and delivering it to tables quickly.
* Assisting bartenders by restocking glasses, ice, etc.
* Clearing empty glasses, plates, and cutlery from tables and service areas.
* Wiping down and resetting tables for the next guests.
* Helping keep the bar and service stations clean and organised.
* Checking in with guests to see if they need extra cutlery, sauces, or drinks.
* Monitoring stock levels.
Skills required
* Customer service: polite, friendly, and professional with guests.
* Communication: clear when passing orders between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house.
* Teamwork: supporting servers, bartenders, and chefs during busy shifts.
* Time management: delivering food and drinks promptly.
* Attention to detail: checking orders are complete and correct before serving.
* Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly, and work under pressure.
