Job title: Service Administrator
Location: Wellingborough
Money: £26,440 per year
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm – Monday to Friday

Our client is a vehicle maintenance provider; they are looking for a Service Administrator.

Service Administrator job role:
Job card creation and good working relationship with workshop and technicians. Taking a defect to a job card / technician time clockings / parts issue and then invoicing
Retail invoicing to end customer accounts including fleet companies as required
General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost effective.
Chase all outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated works are approved.
Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.
