What You’ll Do
* Provide holistic care through face-to-face, telephone and eConsult consultations
* Share duty doctor responsibilities within a manageable structure
* Contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team
* Help shape practice improvements and new models of care
* Hold a patient list, with continuity valued and protected
