As the local marketing lead for the UK, youll handle everything from product launches and in-store campaigns to sponsorships, trade support, and consumer-facing activity. Its a wide-reaching role with a bit of everything, and no two days will look the same.
Youll be working for a well-known global brand with a strong presence in both fresh and packaged foods. While youll have the backing of the regional marketing function, the UK team is close-knit and hands-on, giving you plenty of autonomy and visibility.
What youll be doing: Supporting NPD and product/brand management
Creating and delivering in-store visibility strategies
Coordinating projects across packaging, supply chain, and factories
Managing consumer activities like sponsorships and brand ambassador work
Leading communications and social media campaigns with agency partners
Driving marketing innovation projects (e.g. e-commerce initiatives)
Reporting on market insights, category performance, and consumer trends
Supporting the sales team with trade presentations and materials
Managing the local marketing budget
Being an active part of the regional and global marketing community
What were looking for: A background in the food industry
Experience working with UK retailers is essential
Comfortable managing multiple projects and switching between strategy and detail
A degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
Confident communication skills and solid organisational ability
Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and internationally
The setup: Full-time, permanent role
Flexibility for 2 days WFH
