?? Your Impact
As Supply Chain Manager, you'll take full ownership of our Skipton site's supply chain operations-from planning and materials replenishment to customer service and warehouse efficiency. You'll lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we deliver on time, every time.
?? What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute a robust, site-wide production plan aligned with business goals
* Lead end-to-end planning, RCCP, and demand forecasting to support CAPEX and budgeting
* Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency
* Own the S&OP process and ensure seamless communication across site functions
* Champion continuous improvement and lean practices to reduce waste and boost performance
* Manage artwork change and NPI processes to meet regulatory and customer needs
* Coach and develop your team, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture
�? What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control in a manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Deep understanding of ERP systems and MRP planning
* Knowledge of warehousing operations
* Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
* Ideally, a degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain or related field (or relevant work experience)
