Marketing Executive – Thermae Bath Spa
Job Ref: YTL2240 Location: Thermae Bath Spa, Bath Salary: £28,000 per annum plus benefits Contract type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) — 5 shifts per week.

Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will manage our social media platforms, develop and publish high‑quality, original content on a planned schedule, build connections, grow traffic, and drive digital engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and monitor brand awareness campaigns.
* Manage and oversee customer feedback questionnaires, reporting weekly analytics.
* Host Influencer and Press visits, provide VIP service, follow up social media activity, and manage our digital press pack.
* Create print advertisements, fulfilling copy and design requirements.
* Plan a press release calendar and innovative marketing brand‑awareness proposals.
* Assist with managing our programme of events, including off‑time events.
* Manage our Green Tourism accreditation process and sustainability engagement.
Qualifications
* Marketing degree and at least 1 year of Marketing Executive experience.
* Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Experience with content management systems and automated marketing software.
* Excellent communication, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Strong understanding of digital and social media best practices.
* Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours for events, VIP visits and Press events.
* Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is an advantage but not essential.
