Pirelli Motorsport Services Ltd, one of the leading international tyre manufacturers, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Motorsport Warehouse Manager to join the busy team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The successful individual will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse facility.

Role and Responsibilities
* Managing personnel, warehouse layout, and tyre equipment planning to ensure maximum space utilization and efficiencies.
* Managing a team of direct reports, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet workload demands.
* Overseeing warehouse operations, including control and record-keeping of inventory such as tyres, materials, and equipment, in line with company procedures.
* Assisting in the development of maintenance programs to ensure equipment is maintained safely and efficiently.
* Organizing and managing vehicle fleet maintenance, including servicing and MOTs.
* Supervising shipment preparations and handling loading/unloading processes.
* Assisting the Property Manager with building maintenance.
* Managing Health and Safety procedures and reporting.
* Overseeing warehouse management systems and computer systems.
* Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, including driving and FLT licenses.
* Demonstrating excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize during busy periods.
* Providing leadership and management to the team.
* Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Applying strong organizational and logistical skills with attention to detail.
* Problem-solving and team-oriented mindset.
* Maintaining a strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
* Planning and coordinating operations, with the ability to motivate others and ensure operational excellence.
* Flexibility to work until tasks are completed.
