Job Title: Trade Floor Support Engineer (VIP / Executive Support)

We are seeking an experienced Trade Floor Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white-glove IT support to Managing Directors, VIPs, and front-office users within a fast-paced, high-pressure trading and enterprise environment.
This role is focused on delivering exceptional deskside and remote support to senior stakeholders, ensuring uninterrupted productivity and rapid resolution of technology issues across business-critical environments. You will act as a trusted technical partner to executive users, providing hands-on support for incidents, service requests, and technical escalations with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and discretion.
Key responsibilities
Include support of Windows and macOS endpoints, enterprise collaboration tools (email, messaging, conferencing), identity and access troubleshooting, and management of device lifecycle activities including builds, refreshes, replacements, and decommissioning. You will also support trading floor and meeting room technology, peripherals, and multi-monitor setups, ensuring optimal performance in time-sensitive environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical desktop support experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven ability to operate under pressure in regulated, front-office environments. Experience with enterprise endpoint management tools (MDM), ITSM platforms, and working closely with infrastructure and security teams is essential, along with a professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach.
