About you
You will have a kind and compassionate nature with a desire to care for others. You will need to live around Enfield.
A driving license and use of a car is very desirable but not essential.
About the role
You will visit individuals within their own homes to provide care and support tailored to the needs and desires of the individual. Therefore, your role will be varied and may include: -
Personal care, applying medication, hospital & GP visits, meal preparation & feeding, light cleaning, bed making, help with shopping, respite home care and companionship.

Qualifications
* Valid driving licence (optional)
* Experience in home care or care home settings
* Ability to develop and implement care plans
* Strong communication skills in English
* Proficiency in IT for documentation and reporting
* Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care
