Position Overview
The Commercial Industries and Access School at Kingston College is seeking a Vocational Skills Assessor to assist with the holistic assessment and monitoring of candidates on Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care programmes. The role will focus on the T Level in Health, specializing in the Nursing Pathway in Year 2. The post is funded for the 2026/27 academic year onwards, so the successful candidate is not expected to commence prior to August 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Cooperate with Internal and External Quality Assurers to carry out verification and pass all records and documents to the QAs for verification purposes.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a recognised TDLB Assessor Award (D32, D33, A1) and appropriate Health and Social Care qualifications. Demonstrate willingness to participate in relevant CPD and follow standard College processes and procedures in a methodical and organised manner. Ideally, have recent experience within the Health and Social Care sector and a good understanding of administrative work related to awarding bodies such as CACHE.
