You will have the following background: - Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters for 2 years or more. - Private practice or in-house. - Qualified as a solicitor, legal executive (CILEX/FILEX) or licensed conveyancer would be a benefit. Non-qualified fee-earners will be considered too and support offered for qualification if desired.
