As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing construction projects from pre-start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
Manage project budgets and timelines
Attend regular client and contractor meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
Strong background in managing residential and/or commercial builds
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards
Full UK driving licence
