Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Part time Laundry asistant (weekends only). At present, we have several vacancies available and are keen to meet with candidates as soon as possible for interviews.
This role will be based at Fir Close in the Louth area of Lincolnshire. The home has been specially designed across two buildings to cater to the every need of 34 residents, living with a range of age related, physical and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our caring team.
Hours: 7.5 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Laundry Assistant (Weekends Only) to join our team on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and returning residents’ laundry
* Ensuring all personal items are handled with care and returned to the correct resident
* Maintaining hygiene and infection control standards in line with care home policies
* Keeping laundry areas clean, tidy, and well‑organised
* Reporting any faults or maintenance issues promptly
What we’re looking for in our Part time Laundry Assistant:
* Kind, reliable, and respectful – with an understanding of working around elderly residents
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Previous experience in a care home or laundry setting is an advantage, but full training will be provided
* Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
