£12.75 per hour
People Solutions are urgently recruiting for a
Customer Service Advisor
on behalf of a well-established client in Motherwell.
This is an initial
12-week temporary role
with the potential to lead to a permanent contract for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Handle queries, provide information, and resolve complaints
Achieve individual and team performance targets
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Essential Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre, or similar)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to multi-task and remain organised in a busy environment
Flexible to work across all shifts including weekends
Positive, proactive attitude
Desirable Experience
Contact centre or call handling background
Experience in high-volume customer service roles
Training and Support
Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout the assignment
