About the role
Logica Security is a fast-growing UK-based cyber security consultancy working with Boards, CISOs and Procurement leaders across regulated and complex industries. We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand development and deliver measurable, revenue-generating marketing initiatives.
This role is not about simply running LinkedIn or Google Ads. We’re looking for someone who can plan and execute intelligent campaigns, engage Chief-level executives (CxO) decision-makers, and create marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that convert.
What you’ll be doing
* Build and execute a marketing strategy that elevates the Logica Security brand in front of senior stakeholders (Board, CISO, CIO, Procurement).
* Develop and run campaigns, events, and content that directly support the sales pipeline.
* Work closely with the CEO and commercial team to align marketing activity to revenue goals.
* Own messaging and positioning — ensuring a compelling voice in the cyber security space.
* Track and report on marketing performance with clear metrics and ROI.
* Ensure every £ of marketing spend is optimised for maximum return.
What we’re not looking for
This is not a junior digital marketing or social media role. We are not looking for someone whose focus is limited to:
* Running ad-hoc LinkedIn or Google campaigns
* Posting content without strategy
* Outsourcing execution without involvement
Instead, we need a strategic leader and executor who has delivered real business outcomes.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience engaging CxO-level audiences and influencing complex B2B buying decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to create and convert high-quality MQLs in a professional services or tech environment.
* Strong planning, campaign execution, and copywriting skills.
* Commercial mindset with a clear focus on pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
* Ideally, knowledge of cyber security, its terminology, and key industry pain and opportunity points (a plus, not essential).
* Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
