JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting precision engineering company in Blackburn to recruit a skilled CNC Turner – Setter, Operator, Programmer. You’ll be working on modern CNC lathes (Fanuc-controlled), producing precision components to tight tolerances across a range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and exotic alloys, for sectors such as aerospace and high-value manufacturing. The Successful CNC Turner – Setter, Operator, Programmer – Package: * Salary: £36,600 – £38,650 per annum * Hours: Rotating shifts – Mon–Thu: 6am–2.30pm, Fri: 6am–1.30pm & Mon–Thu: 2pm–10.30pm, Fri: 11.30am–7pm * Holidays: 26 days bank holidays * Sick pay scheme (after 6 months) * Statutory pension The Successful CNC Turner – Setter, Operator, Programmer – Requirements: * Experienced CNC Turner – Setter, Operator, and Programmer * Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls (other control experience considered) * Confident programming from scratch and editing at the machine * Able to work with a variety of materials (stainless, aluminium, titanium, etc.) * Skilled at setting, operating, and maintaining lathes to achieve high standards * Must have previous CNC turning experience – not a trainee position Apply now!
