* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Ensure colleagues are deployed correctly to make every customer count during your shift.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Maintain a safe environment for all.

* Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
* Have a global view and not be constrained to specific areas of the store.
* Safety conscious, detail‑oriented to spot compliance opportunities.
* Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
