We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house Talent Team at Micheldever Tyre Services on a fixed term contract until September 2027. This role will be supporting our Retail business, Protyre, sourcing candidates - Service Technicians, Tyre Fitters, MOT Technicians and Managers. You will have experience of recruiting in a fast‑paced environment, running a temp desk or similar internal high-volume function within recruitment. Excellent working experience of Excel is essential to this role.
Weekly Hybrid Split
* 1 day in the office, 4 days working from home. Must be able to commute to Micheldever and Winnall, near Winchester. Driving Licence preferred.

About the role
* Work with business unit leaders and hiring managers to identify open positions.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment status and candidate pipelines.
* Utilise ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, update records, and generate reports.
* Source candidates through approved job boards, social media, and internal databases.
* Provide an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
* Support diversity and inclusion.
* Coordinate with the broader HR team on administrative aspects of hires or company-wide recruitment initiatives.
* Manage agency partner relationships.
* Update job boards to ensure budget is maximised and used efficiently.
About you
* Be social media savvy with experience of social media recruiting.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with candidates at all levels and managing their expectations – looking after the candidates’ journey.
* Be experienced in sourcing quality and volume candidates in a high‑volume environment.
* A passion for providing a great recruitment experience to all parties.
