Overview
Trade Supervisor role at Screwfix. Working 4 days per week, 4 hours per shift. You’ll be the go-to person for our Trade customers, representing the team on the Trade Sales Counter. You’ll help trade customers, predominantly plumbers and electricians, get what they need for the job. It’s about relationship building, and with our training programmes and varied shift patterns, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us.
12 month fixed term contract / secondment. Working 4 days per week, 4 hours per shift. You’ll be the go-to person for our Trade customers. Representing the team on our Trade Sales Counter, you’ll help our Trade customers, predominately plumbers and electricians, to get exactly what they need for the job. You don’t need to be an expert about Trade, it’s all about relationship building, and with the help of our excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns to support a healthy work life balance, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us.
Key responsibilities
* Get to know your customers – chat with them, understand their projects and offer advice to drive sales. The relationships you and your team build will make us their trusted, go-to retailer.
* Run your own business within a business – take ownership of all your own KPIs including sales, account development, onboarding new customers and delivering great service.
* Inspire your team – guide and coach the team to do great things, building a store reputation you can be proud of.

* Great at building relationships with customers and with your team
* Driven to learn and build your skill set
* Genuinely interested in the industry; training will give you the knowledge you need to make your mark
