Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, Firewalls, Windows Server, SQL, Database Concepts, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Microsoft 365/Azure, IP telephony, Power Shell, SCCM, and Intune. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive teams. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong risk management and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Define scope, goals, deliverables, and project plans with schedules for multiple projects. Estimate costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Proactively identify risks, resolve technical or personnel issues, and implement contingency plans. Act as the main point of contact, providing regular status updates and aligning project goals with business objectives. Motivate, coach, direct, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables. Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Support service transition from project to production, ensuring a robust support model for go-live. Deliver projects to high standards, meeting quality assessments and control processes. Manage and plan release schedules for deliverables as part of change control. Review relevant legislation that could impact projects and encourage innovative thinking among colleagues.
