MOSAIC Trainer - Children and Young People
* Daily Rate: £350 - £375

Our client is seeking a MOSAIC Trainer to support the successful delivery and implementation of the Mosaic system. This role is crucial for both Children and Young People's Service and Adult Services and Wellbeing. The MOSAIC Trainer will design and deliver training to frontline staff, ensuring they are confident and capable in applying new workflows, tools, and recording models.
Day-to-day of the role
* Develop and deliver tailored Mosaic training to Children’s Services or Adult Social Care staff across all levels.
* Design training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with new workflows and system features.
* Upskill project teams through 'Train the Trainer' initiatives.
* Conduct training needs analysis across service areas to inform content and rollout plans.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project leads to ensure training reflects practice requirements and statutory needs.
* Support with walk-throughs, drop-ins, and guidance.
* Maintain and update training content based on feedback and changes to system design.
* Work flexibly across phased rollout plans to deliver training aligned with go-live timelines.
* Evaluate training impact and collate feedback to continuously improve delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience delivering IT or system training in a social care or public sector setting.
* Strong understanding of Mosaic or similar case management systems.
* Ability to communicate complex processes in accessible, clear language.
* Experience developing both in-person and digital training formats.
* Effective team player with a can-do attitude, equally effective on solo tasks.
* Comfortable presenting to senior members of the project team and board members.
* Task and time-driven, with the ability to lead and be led on tasks.
