Centre Manager – Children's Soft Play Centre
Are you a natural leader who thrives in a hands-on role? We are looking for an enthusiastic and pragmatic Centre Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our busy children's soft play centre.
This is not just an office job – we want someone who will lead from the front, working closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience, keep the centre running smoothly, and ensure everything is safe, clean, and welcoming for families.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily running of the centre, ensuring smooth operations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver great customer service.
* Take a hands-on approach, working alongside the team on busy shifts.
* Manage staff rotas, training, and performance.
* Ensure the centre is clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards.
* Handle stock management, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Work to achieve commercial targets, including sales and customer retention.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
