Job Advert: Purchasing Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Company: The Best Connection
Rate: £15 to £20 ( depending on experience)
Shift Time: Monday to Friday office based 37.5 hours per week
Here at The Best Connection we are recruiting for Purchasing Administrator to join our client in central Basingstoke.
Responsibilities of a Purchase Administrator
* Utilise Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis.
* Work with a Sage system.
* Is comfortable to contact suppliers for invoice queries.
* Work with goods in and resolves queries.
* Can process and expedite purchase orders as required.
* Adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Working effectively in a team and using initiative.
Requirements of a Purchase Administrator
* Must have good Office 365 knowledge
* Knowledge of Sage 200 is beneficial but not compulsory.
* Previous experience with administrative tools.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of accuracy.
* Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
