Are you a people person who thrives on creating connections AND loves being organized?

We're searching for someone special to join our luxury salon team in an exciting dual role that puts guest experience at the heart of everything, with creative content creation as the cherry on top!

This role is instrumental to our luxury salon.

You are the vibe-setter and relationship builder, the consistent touchpoint for our founder, team, guests, partners and community.

The optimiser, who manages an established guest list and oversees long-term haircare planning for every guest.

The organiser, who maintains our space and systems that support a smooth and seamless team and guest experience.

The collaborator, who works closely with our founder and team to coordinate daily operations and salon growth initiatives.


About you

Experiened minimum 2-years in a leadership role in a luxury retail or high-end customer service or retail environment

A clear communicator and collaborator who builds relationships easily

A natural leader with strong sales instincts

Confidence in managing competing priorities and responding to emerging changes in a fast-paced environment

Ability to give and receive feedback with an open, curious and collaborative mindset

Experience in systems and process implementation

Competency using POS and CRM database management

Experience in sales and financial reconciliation, reporting and budgets

Product inventory management

Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and cleanliness in the salon and with all equipment

Have an exceptional level of personal presentation

Warmly welcome and care for guests throughout their entire journey

Support a team of up to 8, anticipate and respond to their needs with empathy, compassion and curiosity

Oversee long-term haircare planning for each guest

Help the salon achieve financial targets and key performance indicators

Manage a high-volume of appointments and waitlist across all channels (phone, text, email, Instagram)

Process bills and handle re-bookings through our point of sale system (POS)

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date guest database (CRM)

Reconcile and report on sales and daily operational activities

Monitor and maintain email communications

Coordinate salon initiatives and team training and development calendars

Coordinate the team to capture social media content

Maintain our beautiful, systemised and organised salon space

Week 1

Tuesday 9am - 5pm

Thursday 9am - 9pm

Friday 9am - 6pm

Week 2

Thursday 9am - 9pm

Friday 9am - 6pm

Saturday 8am - 4pm
