Static role for a plumbing/mechanical bias engineer to join a large on site maintenance team. This role will suit an individual who lives local to site, who is looking for a stable role in the world of facilities maintenance, working in a settled team that works hard together to provide a first class on site maintenance service.
Working on various aspects of plumbing and mechanical building services plant, including water hygiene and plant inspections; plumbing, filter changes, and other mechanical duties in support of the rest of the team such as fan coil maintenance. Duties will also include carrying out various non specialist electrical and building fabric maintenance tasks.
You will be qualified to a minimum of City and Guilds Level 2 in plumbing, with demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance work.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £28,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. 25 days annual leave plus stats, and the opportunity to boost earnings via call out and overtime.
