Baby Steps 20+ is looking for a Book keeper/Administrative Worker for this varied and exciting position.
The successful candidate will be friendly, imaginative and able to communicate at many different levels.
The role involves managing the day to day financial transactions of the organisation which includes:
* Tracking and recording income and expenditure
* Managing the Payroll function
* Managing Gift Aid
* Managing VAT
* Providing a monthly financial report for the Manager
* Any other ad hoc duties as required by the organisation
During initial induction and training, the successful candidate will work alongside our current book keeper, support staff and supported staff, becoming familiar with the role and the ethos and standards of our organisation.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
Experience:
* Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
