Responsibilities
* Play a key role looking after every patient and supporting the dentist.
* Understand Private, NHS and UDA treatments.
* Apply knowledge of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities to set highest standards.
* Deliver excellent patient care at all times.
* Work effectively with the surgical team to support dentists.
* Maintain excellent organisational and influencing skills to ensure effective care delivery.
* Support patients with treatment options and help drive practice efficiency and performance goals.
* Mentor trainee/apprentice nurses, buddying them through induction.
* Embrace ongoing CPD and professional development.
Qualifications
* Qualified Dental Nurse or apprentice with a relevant live or pending GDC registration.
* Knowledge of private and NHS dentistry and ability to offer treatment options.
* Good understanding of GDC and regulatory responsibilities.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Teamwork orientation and willingness to mentor others.
