We are looking for an additional team member for our Exeter office to fill the role of Conveyancing Assistant. To assist with ensuring our clients received the best possible service at all times and our introducers of business receive the best possible service at all times.
The Role:
Assist in the progression of a conveyancing transaction to include:
File opening procedures, including obtaining and checking client identification
Obtaining searches
Uploading and updating mortgage portals such as LMS and Lender Exchange
Post completion work to include submission of AP1 applications to the Land Registry
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail;
Produce documents using the Firm’s case management software, maintaining necessary files; sort, file, archive and retrieve documents and records as necessary;
Produce forms, form letters and other documents as required at acceptable levels of speed and accuracy; collate and photocopy materials as necessary; maintain supply of forms as needed;
Maintain client confidentiality at all times;
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Ideally you will have recent experience in a similar role and have excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook and Word).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
