As part of our team, you will collaborate with Programme/Project Managers to support each other’s growth, share knowledge, and strive for success in this complex arena.
Working alongside senior managers, the Project Co-ordinator will assist in delivering our influential capital regeneration programme, which includes health, housing, heritage, and transport infrastructure investments over the next five years.
We seek candidates with business acumen and a desire to work in a programme/project management environment, partnering with public and private regeneration stakeholders to advance exciting place-making initiatives.
This role involves managing capital projects from inception through delivery, developing sound business cases, and assisting in procurement and management of professionals and contractors to realize the Council’s vision.
This position is suitable for job sharing and is deemed politically restricted. Applicants must demonstrate competency in English (CEFR level C1) for public-facing communication during interviews.
