Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams.
* Greet visitors and ensure a professional, friendly front-of-house experience.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, office supplies and refreshments.
* Support meeting room bookings and company events, set-ups, and diary coordination.
* Maintain accurate records and reports and update internal systems as required.
* Support Facilities and Maintenance Manager with raising works requests as required.
* Ensure the office environment is tidy, safe, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
* Collaborate with Maintenance Coordinators to provide cover during holiday periods to ensure team workload is balanced.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Reliable and punctual, with a flexible attitude to shift work.
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Familiarity with booking systems, shared calendars, or visitor management tools.
* Experience supporting multiple departments or teams.
