Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering - Build strong relationships with departmental heads to provide insightful financial support and challenge decision-making where appropriate. Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Financial Analysis - Deliver detailed analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitability. Performance Reporting - Produce timely and accurate monthly management reports with commentary, KPIs, and variance analysis. Project Support - Support strategic projects and investment appraisals, providing financial modelling and scenario analysis. Continuous Improvement - Work closely with operational teams to streamline processes, improve financial controls, and implement best practices. What We're Looking For: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo Rutherford Briant is passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
