Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham who are looking for a Probate fee earner. They are open to all levels of qualification and are open to part-time and full-time applicants!
Responsibilities
* Draft and submit legal documents to the Probate Registry
* Collect assets and pay debts or outstanding bills
* Communicate regularly with executors and beneficiaries
* Handle Inheritance Tax, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax during administration
* Liaise with banks, pension providers and other institutions
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years\' experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work with grieving clients
