Role Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities on site and ensure works are delivered to design, programme, and quality standards.
- Play a key role in the site leadership team, contributing to project planning, programme coordination, and quality control.
- Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery of technical information.
- Record site activities and manage documentation using Procore (training provided).
- Supervise subcontractors and oversee quality of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure all works align with project-specific quality plans, ISO standards, and H&S requirements.
- Review technical documents and drawings, and provide engineering input at site meetings.
- Manage project close-out, including warranties, sign-offs, and handover documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development on site.
Key Requirements
- Degree-qualified Engineer with 5+ years’ experience in a site-based role (main contracting preferred).
- Proficient in setting out, surveying, and temporary works.
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices and Health & Safety legislation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and site supervision skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD; experience with document control systems.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence.
