We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team. Do you have good knowledge of Excel and can pick things up quickly? If yes, then this fast-paced role could be for you!

What you’ll be doing…
* Managing a portfolio of Suppliers and overseeing all Accounts Payable responsibilities in the UK.
* Processing supplier invoices using automated processes.
* Reconciling supplier invoices with statements monthly, providing analysis and escalation where applicable.
* Attending supplier calls to manage disputes and reduce outstanding queries.
* Supporting payments to suppliers in line with contractual payment terms.
* Supporting robotic processes in Accounts Payable and escalating risks or errors.
* Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
* Supporting change management within the team.
* Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
What can you bring?
* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Assistant role within an automated processing environment.
* SAP FICO knowledge (not essential, can be trained).
* Strong Excel skills, capable of manipulating large volumes of data.
* Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A team player with a flexible approach to work.
