Business Change Transformation Project Manager - Bracknell (3 days a week office based) £500 per day, inside IR35 via umbrella company New role for an experienced Business Change Transformation Manager for a Customer Engagement programme for a direct-to-consumer sales programme. Qualifications, skills and experience r equired: Proven track record in managing complex business change projects on fast-moving, multi-faceted transformation programmes. Exceptional communication skills. Able to influence, persuade, and communicate with a diverse stakeholder pool. Able to communicate appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats. A self-starter, able to identify their own priorities and the key activities to keep a programme successfully moving at pace. A confident leader able to influence stakeholder buy in and outputs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Able to take full responsibility and ownership for completion of tasks. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Main Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of business change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business change initiatives. Leads and motivates the project team to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative environment. Engages and influences stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and support for change initiatives. Drives effective communication and change adoption strategies across impacted teams. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards. Produces and maintains Project Charter, including defining scope and objectives. Tracks project performance making adjustments to schedules and plans when needed Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
