The Role As Attendance & Pastoral Support Officer, you will: Monitor daily attendance and follow up on absences Contact parents and carers regarding attendance concerns Support targeted students with attendance action plans Work closely with Heads of Year and safeguarding leads Conduct attendance meetings and document outcomes Support reintegration following periods of absence Identify patterns and escalate concerns appropriately You will play a key part in identifying vulnerable students early and ensuring appropriate support is in place.
