HR AssistantLocation NWCare Ballykelly Branch.Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00The OpportunityNWCare is a well established Domiciliary Care Provider dedicated to excellence. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to provide vital support to our HR Manager and Area Service Managers. Responsibilities

* Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing application forms, equal opportunities monitoring, setting up interviews, requesting references, and issuing all new-start documentation.
* Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring all staff have valid Enhanced AccessNI certificates (where applicable), managing NISCC applications, and conducting regular internal audits.
* Systems Management: Updating the HR IT system and Learning Management System (LMS) with employee details, training records, and sickness/absence data.
* Communication: Preparing formal correspondence and liaising with Registered Managers and the Payroll department regarding staff updates and annual leave audits.
* Training Coordination: Working closely with the Training Facilitator to organise induction and ongoing development sessions.
* Attention to Detail Precision is key, whether you are auditing annual leave or managing cyber security protocols.
* Flexibility:, You may occasionally need to work outside normal office hours or visit other NWCare branches to meet business needs.


Skills and Qualifications

* ECDL
* GCSE English and Maths or the equivalent.
* Right to work in UK.
* Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
* Diary management.
* Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
* At least 12 months' experience in a busy office environment.
* CIPD Level 3 or above.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to deal with others effectively.
* Ability to plan and organise work.
* Capable of working as part of a team but also working on own initiative.
* Good working knowledge of IT and telephone systems.
* Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
* Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
