Account Manager at Arnold Clark
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Training Sales Advisor to join our team at GTG Edinburgh.
About the Role
Our Training Advisors are responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries from private individual customers and businesses, selling our vast portfolio of training courses and promoting our apprenticeships. This role also includes managing a database of SME customers, exploring and developing new training requirements within our cash sale database and closing opportunities.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Deal with web enquiries and ITA funded training enquiries.
* Handle all new inbound sales calls and walk-in enquiries.
* Convert customer enquiries into sales efficiently and timely.
* Manage a database of SME customers.
* Communicate with multiple departments internally to effectively manage bookings.
* Explore and develop new training requirements within our cash sale database and close the opportunities.
* Promote GTG's products over the phone with customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Essential Skills
* Ability to show initiative.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* High level of interpersonal skills and ability to quickly develop a positive rapport with customers.
* Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Competency in using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
* A team player.

Hours
Full time: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
