What You’ll Be Doing
* Speaking with new and existing clients via phone, email, and online enquiries.
* Recording case information accurately using Proclaim case management software.
* Liaising with legal departments to assess, escalate, and onboard new enquiries.
* Supporting the legal teams with Know Your Client (KYC) checks and matter openings.
* Prioritising workloads and ensuring all client touchpoints are managed smoothly and professionally.
* Acting as a true brand ambassador for the firm, upholding its values and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification).
* Proven customer service experience—ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
* Excellent communication skills—clear, empathetic, and professional.
* Accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive client information.
* Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Desirable:
* Experience using legal systems (Proclaim experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
* Previous experience in a legal or regulated environment.
