Position: Luxury Experience Designer (Travel Consultant)
About the Role
The candidate will manage the booking process from start to finish, liaising with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and high-end advisors. Responsibilities include handling ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers. The role also involves maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, creating innovative proposals to promote existing accounts, resolving client complaints efficiently, and becoming proficient with our CRM, BeConcierge. The role requires effective sales techniques to meet and exceed targets, and monitoring client feedback.

* Passionate about luxury travel and lifestyle
* Good knowledge of UK destinations
* Strong commitment and motivation
* Ability to work under seasonal pressure
* Knowledge of pricing and quick math skills
* Experience in the travel industry and a background in travel or hospitality studies
* Relevant experience includes tour operators, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planners, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other sales roles in luxury hotels and travel
MacBook and iPhone are provided.
Note: This is not a hybrid role. Candidates must already reside in London.
Compensation: Salary ranges from GBP 35,000 to GBP 40,000 annually, plus incentives based on seniority.
