Job Description
3. Develop and implement policies to support organisational goals
4. Monitor and analyse regulatory developments and provide recommendations.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
6. Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior management and committees.
7. Lead consultations and engagement activities on policy changes.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
9. Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
10. Represent the organisation at external meetings and events in London and beyond
The Successful Applicant
A successful Policy Manager should have:
11. A strong understanding of policy development and regulatory processes.
12. Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex information effectively.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
16. Relevant academic qualifications in a related field.
