About the Job

As the Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve value when using our solution. You will own renewals, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will manage a book of small, independent homes who use Nourish.


Responsibilities

* Ensure every customer receives the appropriate level of engagement based on organisation type.
* Negotiate renewals and expanded usage of our services, coordinating with the Sales Team.
* Deliver strategic reviews to senior stakeholders.
* Contribute to improvements of customer‑facing processes and overall experience.
* Build personal profile and domain knowledge within the sector.
* Maintain complete and accurate customer data in the CRM.
* Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and support teams.


Personal Profile

* A passion for improving care for people in society; clinical experience desirable.
* A process mindset capable of designing effective work methods.
* Strong problem‑solving intellect with a drive to achieve goals.
* High work ethic, excellent organisation, teamwork, and accountability.
* Consultative approach with active listening skills, humility, and a willingness to learn.


Required Experience & Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally Customer Success.
* Experience in a fast‑growing business and at scale (owning 200+ customers).
* Proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
* Enjoy working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Quick learner, able to thrive in a constantly evolving scale‑up environment.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
