Job Description:
* 3rd Line support
* Support Windows 11 deployment project
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software systems.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, or IT systems.
* Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.
* Install, configure, and test hardware and software components.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to end users.
* Maintain accurate service records and deployment documentation.
