We provide a wide range of local authority services to the residents, businesses, schools, and visitors to the borough.</p><p>The Best Start Inclusion Practitioner will be the first point of contact for children and families, enabling a positive and smooth transition to the most relevant internal or external services. Working closely with the Family Hub Managers and Family Hub partners, the practitioner will support the development of St Helens Family Hubs and Early Help offer.
