Time Appointments are delighted to be working exclusively with a Woodbridge based client who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing publishing house where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities: * Organising travel, including booking hotels and flights, and managing expenses * Comprehensive diary management and scheduling * Planning and coordinating events, conferences, and company functions * Conducting research on new business projects and ventures * Acting as a reliable point of liaison and communication for the Managing Director * Reviewing, summarising, and preparing business reports and documentation * Providing administrative support including presentations, meeting preparation, and minute-taking * Preparing for business meetings with clients and partners * Managing day-to-day office operations, including Health & Safety, office contracts, and maintenance Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or senior administrative role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and use initiative * Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn * Professional attitude with a polished approach to business practice Hours: Part-time (22hours) This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence
