What You'll Be Doing
* Building and deploying daily CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push
* Working with Klaviyo and Attentive at serious scale
* Owning campaign setup end-to-end: briefing, segmentation, build, QA, send, analysis
* Driving entries and revenue through smart messaging, timing, and sequencing
* Running structured A/B testing and feeding insights back into strategy
* Working closely with Brand, Compliance, and Trading stakeholders
What You'll Bring
* Hands-on CRM campaign experience in a high-volume environment – ecommerce, gaming, promotions, or subscriptions
* Strong commercial instincts – you understand urgency, trading rhythms, and what drives conversion
* Confidence with segmentation and data – audience builds, QA, interpreting results
* Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to QA
* The ability to push back when needed – not just execute, but challenge
* Experience in regulated environments (ASA, CAP Code) is a plus
