Teaching Personnel, in partnership with a Secondary SEMH School in Burnley, is looking to hire a Maths Teacher to support students' educational and holistic development. The school supports pupils aged 11-16 with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and additional needs, requiring educators to support both their academic and personal growth.
Key Information:
* Work Environment: Pupils may display challenging behaviors; successful applicants should be able to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
* Hours: Full-time, term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
* Pay: Competitive daily rate (£130-£180 depending on experience).
* Role Duration: Long-term, depending on the success of the applicant.
* Class Sizes: Small classes with 6-10 pupils.
* Student Demographics: Mixed male and female pupils.
