Enterprise Partner Sales, part of Microsoft’s Industry & Partner Sales (IPS) organization, is accountable for building and co‑selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions and services with our global Enterprise partners. Our Enterprise partner portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high‑value management consultancies, independent software vendors and software development companies - working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.
As a Partner Technology Strategy Leader, you will be expected to drive rigor in the people agenda, curate a high‑performance culture, and enhance “Tech intensity” by fostering a continuous learning environment and promoting innovation within your team. You will be a transformative leader, responsible for driving our partners’ success. Leading a team of Partner Technology Strategists (PTS), you will provide strategic guidance and valuable insights on how our partners can efficiently evolve their business solution portfolio using Microsoft technologies and diverse solution areas. You will model, coach, and care for your team, fostering a high‑performance culture of excellence. Your deep technical expertise across solutions and partner ecosystem will establish your credibility, while your ability to create and lead a top‑tier team through robust hiring practices, talent retention strategies, coaching, and mentoring will drive performance excellence.

Responsibilities
* Leadership & Strategy – As a Tech Manager, you’ll model, coach, and care for your team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in excellence. You’ll guide the execution of technology strategy and digital transformation across strategic accounts, setting clear performance expectations and leading your team through change while maintaining high standards. You’ll demonstrate inclusiveness, inspire a growth mindset, and lead by example.
* Talent Management – You’ll build and nurture a talented, diverse team through inclusive hiring practices and a strong focus on retention. By offering coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, you’ll create a culture of continuous learning and career growth, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with Microsoft’s mission and values.
* Deliver Results Through Collaboration – You’ll act as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert to partners’ Technical Decision Makers (TDMs), including CxOs. You’ll drive the execution of Microsoft’s priorities by developing and executing a clear team strategy that enables partner success, removes technical blockers, and champions innovation. You’ll foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners to align objectives and maximize the impact of Microsoft solutions.
* Technical Expertise – You’ll leverage your deep technical expertise in IP solutions and services development to provide valuable insights and gain credibility with partners. Staying current on emerging technologies and industry trends, you’ll drive innovation in partner solutions. You’ll consult on strategic alignment with Microsoft’s technology priorities and assess partners’ readiness to address solution gaps.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical or sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical or sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, OR equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, Microsoft platform).
