Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse looking to step away from the ward while continuing to deliver high-quality cancer care?
We’re recruiting a Chemotherapy Homecare Nurse to provide specialist treatment and support to patients in their own homes across North London. This is a highly autonomous, patient-focused role where you’ll build meaningful relationships and support individuals throughout their treatment journey, without the pressures of acute shift environments.
The Role:
Deliver oncology treatments in patients’ homes and community clinics
Full-time, part-time and agency available
Undertake blood tests, toxicity assessments and line care
Administer IV chemotherapy, oral SACT support, pump disconnections, IM/SC injections
Provide education, reassurance and clinical guidance to patients and families
Manage your own caseload with full clinical support availableRequirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
Oncology qualification / SACT passport or equivalent
Competent in cannulation and venepuncture
Confident working independently in a community setting
Full UK driving licencePackage:
£44,574 salary per annum
Fully expensed company car & fuel card or car allowance of £4,800 per annum
